Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater is the most animal diverse area in the world.  In this single crater we saw four of the Big Five animals.  While down there, everywhere you looked was coded with animals.

This is a picture from the rim of the crater, where we also took a group picture here.

This is the morning sunrise and clouds moving in over the edge of the crater.  At this site, we camped our second night.

We stopped at this small lake for a quick break, it is one of two spots where you are allowed to get out of your vehicle due to all the wild animals.

There were lions just sunbathing along the road and right on the road.  They didn't care at all about our safari cars being there.

We had to wait at the entrance for permits to enter into the park.

During our travels between sites, our wheel literally shot off.  We had to all then cram into the two remaining trucks.

My wonderful safari car crew.
